Secured on a Wood Skid for Flat Car Loading this is a Norscot Small Contractors Caterpillar Bulldozer.  Details include bolt heads on wood skid, Sodders Enterprises Chains and Binders.  Two will fit nicely on a standard HO flat car as shown below.
